Frequently Asked Questions
What can I use the work hours for?
Each visit starts with your seasonal checklist (HVAC filters, safety checks, etc.) which typically takes 30–60 minutes. The remaining time in that visit is yours to use on whatever’s on your honey-do list — a wobbly door, a ceiling fan, caulking, drywall, a leaky faucet, you name it. The only limits are specialty trade work (licensed plumbing/electrical), large projects that require a separate quote, and materials (billed separately).
Are materials included?
No — materials are billed separately at cost. For standard seasonal items like HVAC filters, some homeowners prefer to buy their own in advance. Complete and Premier plan members receive a 10–15% discount on materials purchased through us.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. All plans are month-to-month with no long-term contracts. If you pay annually and cancel early, we’ll prorate the remaining unused portion. We want you to stay because you love the service, not because you’re locked in.
Do you serve my neighborhood?
We serve Holly Springs, Apex, Fuquay-Varina, Cary, Garner, and surrounding Triangle communities. Not sure if you’re in our service area? Just give us a call — we’re happy to check.
What if I need more work done than my plan covers?
No problem. Any work beyond your plan hours is quoted and billed at our standard rate — with your plan discount automatically applied. Plan members always go to the top of the scheduling queue, so you get fast service on any extra work too.
